Returns and Exchange Policy

Bubba Bee will accept the return a product if you believe that there is a problem. You are responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s) and any exchange items, but you may be eligible for refunded shipping if you paid via PayPal - for more information on PayPal's Refunded Returns Shipping Policy click here

A $9.95 reshipping fee will be applicable in the event you would like an exchange. 

Any products which are returned to Bubba Bee and Me must be:

1. Packaged appropriately to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. (Please note we are unable to accept returns that arrive damaged).

2. Delivered using a tracked service with insurance. We are unable to accept liability for parcels not received by us. Once we receive your return we will process it within 10 business days. 

You do not have to return products in the original packaging to get a refund.

Where an item is damaged through misuse, neglect or abnormal use, Bubba Bee and Me will not provide a refund, exchange, or repair.

Please note:

1. We cannot guarantee any items you request for an exchange will be in stock at the time of receipt of your return. In the case of a product/s being unavailable, we will contact you to confirm how you would like to proceed; and

2. We DO NOT provide refunds for change or mind, or other similar circumstances that do not require a refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Faulty Returns

If our products are faulty, wrongly described or appear different to the sample shown on the Bubba Bee and Me website, we will rectify this. Where there is a fault in the product, it may be necessary for us to send your goods to the manufacturer for it to be assessed and repaired. If there is a major fault, you can reject the product, seek a refund or exchange. If the fault is minor, we will decide to either repair, replace or refund you.

Change of Mind Returns

Our policy including the change of mind limits do not exclude or replace your rights under Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, regulations or otherwise as required by law. Merchandise designated as a clearance item will not be accepted as a change of mind item.

 If you change your mind about a product, we will refund the purchase price or exchange the item if:

 You can supply satisfactory proof of purchase

  • The item/s are returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The items purchased have proof of purchase, are not customized personalized items, gift cards
  • The items/s must be in a saleable condition, unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached
  • Returns will not include the cost of shipping unless the entire order is being returned and the customer provides the proof of shipping amount.

 Proof of Purchase

For change of mind ALL refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by at least one of the following proofs of purchase documents.

  • Original receipt of tax invoice (electronic or photograph will be accepted)
  • Packing slip included with online purchases

 Please note that order confirmations will not be accepted as a proof of purchase.
